I can provide a safe place and am definitely going to be working with him,and probably about as much and even more therapy then soem sanctuarys can.This isn’t the first puppy I have raised as I mentioned I only had him for a few hours as it’s obvious I wasn’t 100% sure he was this stubborn,the puppy is beginning to warm up as I mentioned in my post earlier,we will progress from here on out.


Do you feel safe letting them be close so soon without knowing much about your new pup? I would be paranoid about transmissible illnesses or parasites. Make sure if the pup has ticks or whatever else still that they don't hitch a ride on your original pup, too. I would try separating them at meal time because food aggression can escalate and cause problems. What is a stick-tight? Is that just an embedded tick or...?
