New Stickies Ideas

I am on a few other forums (and was a moderator on one for a bit) and when the moderators or site admins want to post something important with say rules for a certain forum area, they post it but they have the option to lock the topic so that people cannot reply to it. This way you can keep the topic clean from too many random posts. If you get new information you want to add, you can contact a site moderator and they will let you add stuff to the topic, or they may be able to designate one of us to be able to edit even locked topics for the peafowl stickies.

My thoughts are there definitely should be a stickies for:
1. showing the name and a photo of different varieties - We could try and update this sticky to have photos - https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/...ions-peafowl-color-variety-list#post_10033768
2. A genetics guide for breeding different varieties - This could be organized into different stickies as in one just dedicated to pieds, etc. OR It could be one sticky with some basic info and links to member pages that go more in depth where one is "Pied Peafowl genetics" or "Purple peafowl genetics".
3. Aviaries/pens for peafowl - Size requirements (~100 sq ft per bird), links to websites to get netting, photo examples, ideas for landscaping.

I can help out with this project.
