New to babies with feathers

We went Aug 4 and got 8 chicks and 2 ducks. These were all hatched on my birthday almost a week before. A big baby belgian malinois wanted to play and we lost a duck. So Aug 6, I got 2 more chicks and 3 more ducks.
I have a lot to learn
