New to brahma chickens

6 months old update photo
The roo has been crowing and mounting my cinnamon queen hen while trying to do same to my bantam hens but they wouldn't let him where as the hen is yet to show signs of wanting to lay

He is gorgeous!! Thanks for updating!!

The boss lady herself ageing with grace lol
She ended up dropping a total of 17 eggs as her first clutch, while waiting for her to go broody I was offered a sweet deal for prime my male so he was re-homed with the hope of 17 chicks coming, well that was a serious backfire for the gambling didn't pay of
She didn't go broody and by the time I took the eggs to the incubator only 1 chick emerged and turns out to have a single comb, it's either my bantam male got a sneak or there's a bug in the lineage

Well as for now I'm looking forward to her next clutch and would be using a friend's roo for stud
