Welcome to BYC! There shouldn't be a waiting period on posting on a forum. You can go to your name in the upper right corner and see if the post is in this site somewhere. Just click on either "All MY Posts." Then, if you see the post click on it and it will take you to the thread where your post is found. Hope this helps.
