She appears to be the "mother hen"
I just started putting them in the coop outside.
I am just so worried outside versus the coziness of inside the house.
So I notice they are all snuggled together in one nesting box :love

Chickens tend to do that. Even if you have identical boxes, they think the first bird to snag a nest box must have the best one. Piling up is another silkie trait. Sometimes they will not use roosts & just snuggle up en masse in a corner.
