New to hatching what is normal behavior

Hi, I put 10 eggs in my incubator. Today is day 20 and one has hatched. It looks healthy. I don't know what their normal behavior is after they first hatch. It has gotten up and flopped around the incubator, it has been chirping, it has stood up a few times and also just lays there. Is this normal for them to just lay there looking "dead" like? It is still breathing it just freaks me out not knowing if it is ok. I am sure it is exhausted and of course a newborn sleeps a lot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Normal. Hatching is hard work!

It's normal until they dry out. There can be quite a variance in hatching times too, so don't go turning the incubator off too early. I kinda leave them be until they can take a couple quick steps, and then transfer them. I am sure there are some good articles on here.

No others have hatched or piped yet. It seems so lonely. When ever it sees or hears me it perks up and comes to the front of the incubator. Should I leave it until the others hatch? Should I move it to the brooder?

If he's dry and moving around and dry, should OK to move over to the brooder. You have heat and know how to set it up ?

Yes. I have it ready. It seems to sleep a lot too.

Incubator is between 98.9 and 99.5

The best is when they nod off standing up and kinda catch themselves. It doesn't get much cuter than that.
