Give him time,let him rest. I had one in a hurry to hatch and still had some to absorb,he is fine today. He was bloody,too. I left him alone and tried not to disturb him much.

you won't hear a chirp until they internally pipSo I am freaking out! One of the chicks hatching out had quite a bit of blood. It looks like it didn't absorb everything. Also came with a small blood clot at the rear end. I am really nervous I may lose this one. It is breathing but no activity yet. It just happened in the last ten minutes. The other two eggs both have a chip from the shell but the membrane is not punctured. That is how this one started. I have not heard anything chirps from the other 2 eggs.
