Learned a valuable lesson. Who am I to play with life, Not sure I can do this again, I purchased 10 two week old barnyard bani's from the Amish and thinking I'll let them do the incubating for me from now on. :/
I am very sorry. Don't give up. Please start by reading the hatching 101 in the learning center. It is very helpful. I hope you will have better luck next time. It can take a while to learn how your particular incubator works in your climate. When I first started I had 3 thermometers and 2 hygrometers in the bator. Now I just use one of each and once I calibrated both I had much better hatches. The last hatch I had 13 out of 17 hatch from shipped eggs. I used the low humidity method. I have kept notes and learned something new on each subsequent hatch. I hope you don't give up because when it goes well its like Christmas.
