New to quail! Need some help!

Hi everyone, i have just had my first ever quail hatch. A little coturnix. A gorgeous little white fellow. He hatched day 19. There is one other egg in the bator that i know from candling was always a very active chick, moved around alot and was the first one i knew to be fertile. Yet that chick hasnt pipped? Or moved? Its now day 20. Has anybody had them hatch so far apart?

When I had 4 coturnix eggs in my incubator two years ago, all were developing and moving, 2 hatched on day 18 or 19 (can't exactly remember) and the other two never pipped. I opened them several days later to investigate, and they were both dead I hope you have better luck, but I'm guessing thats a little too late........I'm sorry, hopefully you can find a buddy for your little guy!
