Hello all, I have been into animal husbandry for most of my life but have never had the pleasure of keeping Chickens.

So I ask my daughter what she wants for her twelfth birthday and she said " daddy I want chickens"


She also asked for her supper, she wanted Squid!!

I thought this was great and said yes to both.

So we made a house and run and hope to add the Chickens in the spring.

I will have to save the story on the coup for another time. I t will make you laugh, I hope...

Hope you all can put up with the questions that we may have.
