New to this kind of wormer.

It's not listed by the manufacturer because the FDA hasn't approved it for other fowl, just like Safeguard for goats doesn't list chickens and other fowl.

My thoughts were that, based on the dosing recommendations being for such large populations of birds, the instructions are towards large food animal operations, hence why directions for quail,ducks,etc are left off. You are right about the FDA approval, and it probably wouldn't be advantageous to the company to go through the testing, paperwork, and red tape needed for other animals just to get it added the label.
 
Kind of off topic, but I did read somewhere that the anthelmintic niclosamide is toxic to geese, and combo of pyrantel *tartrate* and praziquantel is toxic to chickens.
