On my phone if I hold it upright they don't show, but if you I hold it sidewards (landscape) they do. Don't know why this is.

It's works the same way on my phone. I'm using a samsung S8 with chrome in case anyone is wondering.

The layout is different depending the width of the screen. It does the same on computer and tablets.

Try to turn your phone sideways and see if they appear.
