New turkey gender check!

Also I can't because my mother said no 🥺
Then it might be best to re-home the poult, poultry are all very social, and while I love my birds I know they love their flocks just as much if not more. I know I cannot be outside with my chickens all day even if I wanted to, I have to work to feed them (which I'm sure they'd appreciate if their little chicken heads could comprehend haha) while the rest of their flock is grazing with them, dust bathing with them, grooming with them. I'm not saying have a single solo turkey is bad or against the law, but it might be best to have more so that the turkey can be happy. Does your mom know this? Does she want turkeys or is it just you?

A friend bought the turkey and gave it to my mom and then she gave it to me

My mother just said that it might get too big for itself and have a heartattck and die...😅 Is that true? I'm hoping not.
It is most likely a Broad Breasted Bronze which are a meat turkey developed for processing by the time they are 4 to 6 months old. They tend to have severe leg issues from perosis when not fed properly as young poults. They do not tend to live long lives without great care to their diet and exercise.

How can I feed it properly? Should I try to have it exercise when older?
