Aim for a few more! It'll be WAY easier to get rid of older poults than find ones the same age as yours (and go through the process of integration) if your sex ratio is off, you have a mean one, if it gets sick/injured/dies/etc! Id aim for 4 more, you can always give away or sell poultry on Craigslist

I can't get more turkeys! The store I got mine from has no more.

Try other stores! Local feedstores/feed mills, I'm not sure where you're located but perhaps a Wilco or some states have Tractor Supply, and always check craigslist. Did you ask your store when they'll be restocking?
