its not so bad getting imprinted.
it will depend on you.
I have chickens and when danger is around they will make loud noise to get me.
we had to kill a cat that was after our hens.

Knowing people with "terkys" does not make you knowledgeable about turkeys.

Often times especially if it is a tom, it chooses the person that imprinted as its intended mate and attacks other family members.
