about 3 days ago I purchased two 1 year old Royal poms. 1 Tom and 1 Jenny. I have them in there own coop for quarantine before adding to my flock! But it’s on day 3 and I have not seen them eat a thing! I’ve tried treats from my garden and different scratches, same feed they been given before I got them and NOTHING! My other turkeys (white broadbreasted) won’t leave a crumb on the ground... I’m getting worried

How big is the pen?
It’s a 6x10 run , with a 10x6 coop.I normally use it for my chickens so it’s temporary. I have a 10x10 but I’m scared to put them with my flock so soon. Do you think it’s to small?

BB will eat a ton of food. Heritage don't eat anywhere as much. Could be eating when you're not looking. I would put a cup of food so you can tell if it's going down
Also you could weight them and see if they are loosing weight.
I just went out and offered a treat (sweet corn) and my Tom tried it and walked away. It doesn’t look like they have been socialized at all! When I get close I can tell there stresses so I left them go. I’m gonna check on the food in a hour and see. That makes me feel a lot better, I didn’t even think about that. This is my first time with another breed of turkey.

maybe try letting them have a larger space for just like half an hour. Preferably with shade/cover. They might feel a bit more relaxed, and take to the food better :)
