You are so fortunate to have such good friends as Virgil, Jenny and their children, just as they are so fortunate to have such good friends as you and your family.

My heart and prayers go out to all of you'll.

I am so sorry for the loss and sickness of the horses. About 20 years ago I had to put down my best friend/horse, I still cry for him, but I couldn't let him suffer anymore. Loss is one of the hardest parts of life.

As chasehope said, "That is the unfortunate thing about owning pets/animals, they dont live long enough!"

This chicken chummie is on deck with a clear voice. We are with you Geebs.

I drove 650 miles today. I want you to know, I prayed for Virgil Peters, his family, and you nearly the entire drive! You are on my mind, in my prayers.

I went to the ILL-MO poultry show. I picked up a couple trios of New Hampshires I bought (stock from Germany), for a project I am working on.

Wow awesome... Virgils wife loves chickens... She was in better spirits today... I was so wrung out that I got lost for an hour going on roads I travel every day...I lost my wallet (it had a check for deposit in it with no name for the payout) that was in my pocket and looked for it for two hours in 3 different towns... with flashlights in the dark in the rain in a horse arena that i took the kids to this morning...I guess it is safe to say I am a little off my game!!! I returned home to find it where I had put it... Geez... Talk about a hamster wheel...I am losing my marbles.

That was His plan ..... to keep you occupied and busy, and then you were able to rest and get some needed sleep.

The plan included me driving all over the place, to take time to pray and spend with Him.
