I keep thinking this is something I should attend, being a new chicken mom. If my work schedule permits, I'd like to bring a few trays of home made carrot muffins.....if you guys have room for 1 more. I'm in Johnstown, not too far away.

They ARE some great muffins. I'll know by tomorrow evening....and I'm also gonna be on the prowl for a cockerel, just to help watch my girls while I'm away....not picky about breed as long as it's not a bantam. I'll be sure to try and bring some other goodies to share.

what age are your girls? That will help determine which of us has an age appropriate cockerel for them. I only have 1 I can part with and it's an 8 week old mutt.

So RR facilities are going to be here the 27th. Tables and a canopy as well as grill (with a full tank). Water hose for filling dishes for critters will be ready. There is an "eggs for sale" sign in my front yard and Metella will have her yellow tent again. (Grrrrrr!!!!! Stupid auto correcting blasted phone!!!!) (Throwing a fit like a child) There is a feed store at the end of my road if anyone forgets anything vital, plus I have feed, bedding and such.
