Hi~ So I'm new to BC and just about to start a flock in exactly 24 days when my little ones shall arrive~ I've ordered my chicks from MPC and I'm getting a Silver-Laced Polish, Silver-Gray Dorking, White Cochin, Blue Favaucana, Dark Cornish, and a Delaware. All hens no boys for me. Anyway I'm so glad I found this site it has been really useful, and if anyone has any tips or cautions for starting in SoCal in summer, I'd be so happy to hear!!!
