getting a coop next weekend

A coop that offers at least 24 sq ft of floor space not including the one or two nest boxes that you will need for your 6 birds as well as lots of permanently open ventilation (at least 3 sq ft but closer to 6 sq ft would be better) and 6 linear feet of roost space with a run that offers at least 90-100 sq ft? Not a pre-fab that you ordered online, right?
