Hello
My name is Paully -- mum to twin 7 year old boys (Kai and Izzy), wife to Leon.
We have a backyard flock on our 1 acre rural lot:
3 black copper marans (Esmerelda, Bright Eyes, Copernica)
2 Wyandottes (Goldie, Silvie)
1 silver duckwing bantam (Talunah)
1 ameraucana (Aru)
3 barred rocks (Lucia, Cleo, Happy)
3 RIR (We call them all Jerry Lee -- they have a weird hair flip. Look nearly alike)
4 Isa Browns (Reya, Palomina, Blanca, Isa)
Needless to say they are like pets more than livestock to us.
We have had chickens for a year and LOVE it.
We have given away eggs to friends for while and are at a point where we are starting to sell them.
I am hoping to get some barnvelders, welsummers, blue laced red wyandottes & marans to add to our flock
