Newbie from New Jersey

Hatching my first set of eggs and am freaking out. The first egg broke shell yesterday around 11am and still has not made any progress. 2nd egg broke around 11pm last night and has been much more active than the first one.
First egg seems to have foam coming out of its little mouth but it doesn't appear to be a broken yolk sac. Any ideas on what it could be?
