Newbie from Northern California

Howdy!

Just a short introduction. We just moved into our "new-to-us" house on 5 acres in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas, North of Sacramento about 1.5 hrs.

We have 9 Barred Rock chickies (2 of which I think are roosters), they are about 3 weeks old, got them from TSC.

The coop is going in, 8'x8' (run size TBDetermined).

Hope to get some rabbits and goats to eat the brush & keep the grass/weeds "mowed".

I have tons of questions, and will attempt not to irritate others, and get as much info as I can in a search....but doesn't always happen.

Will post some pics this evening.
