Hi everyone! I just got started in chickens last spring, and just love them. I am getting ready to incubate some silkie eggs today. Received my new Brinsea bator, and am so excited to use it. My first try at incubating eggs several weeks ago, was a huge disappointment, the bator wouldn't hold temps and spiked high several times, making my hatch a total loss. I got rid of that bator, and bought the new one.

I love that there is so much information on this website, and that everyone is so helpful, I have become addicted to BYC.
