Hi, this is more of an egg-related business question, but here goes:
I have 12 guineas ~ 8 months old, starting laying these past few weeks. I've had many requests for chicks if they hatch any, but rather than deal with the logistics of little ones, I am thinking of selling their eggs for the purposes of hatching.
I don't really know much about what quality of stock they are-- adopted them all @ 3 days old and have had no health issues, casualties. So, I'm not sure how to advertise/market them.
Any help with ideas?
What would I need to do to preserve the viability of the eggs once laid? I know NOT to wash them, but is room temperature acceptable? I am in NE Arkansas and currently having temperatures highs in the 40's and lows in 20's.
Thanks for the help, Mary
