I only have about three hatches under my belt but the last one was outstanding, don't assume the temperature on your incubator is correct. Also if the outside is made of plastic, keep the Styrofoam it came in. I left the Styrofoam on mine and will be trying it in the spring. Mine also holds 56 eggs. My original incubator(the one I used for the three hatches) is a NurtureRight 360 and is a solid unit, once I checked behind it with another thermometer at the level of the eggs...Good luck with your hatch...
