Newbie needs help choosing a breed out of the following

Hi,

I haven't gotten my chicks yet but have sourced a local hatchery and have narrowed a few breeds down based on what I'm looking for but need a little more help choosing the right breed. I'm not picky about looks but I need them to be dual purpose, hardy ( I live in Canada and it gets cold here!), friendly, and sexing accuracy.

These are the breeds that the hatchery offers:

Black Sex-link
Columbian Rock X
Red X
New Hampshire X

Any help would be great!
