Newbie needs help understanding early pip

I have to go to town with Husband. Ughhh. I don't want to. I will check on you all when I get back.

I put the eggs in a big rubbermaid container with 2 lamps and a clear plastic bag over top and then I put a cup of steaming water in each corner for humidity so that we could see everything that was going on. I know I'm crazy but it worked. I am probably going to do it the right way next time...we were just so excited...but yes in that we could hear them crack
 
That is so cool! I know I want to catch every moment. That has got to be something you will all remember for a very long time.

oh my gosh! When I was gone a chick hatched out. I missed it!!
Ok, 18 more to go... And it looks great, chirping and no insides on the outside. I was worried about that being an early hatch. Yay!!!
