I can't wait to see the male pics, I saw the males train feathers when I visited brad's in august. These are definately going to be on my future purchase list!!!

In addition to looking at your beautiful peafowl, I think you helped me identify a plant that I have! I took it from the woods in PA (my parents property) and brought it home with me. I think it would be happier in a wetter climate, but it comes back every year and I think it's a Black Cohosh!

Thank you!

Beautiful girl,

How did this color come to be?

What do the males look like ?

Will the offspring breed true or do you get mixed colors?

Thank y'all for the roses. She is a good looking hen ,, some are a little darker than others.. I have been breeding Java greens into the hens. This color is a sex linked color and I should have some spaldings split to Violete to breed with , maybe next year.. This should make them darker.. I have some 3/4 spalding peach females and the are going to be pretty dark for a female peach. I will have photo of the male after he get his train this year. I have mostly split males now.. and I have a few Violete males at Brads as he is working on white eyes in violete. George connerhills
