Newly hatched and sits instead of stands

Baby is not 24 hours old yet. It does not stand up. It sometimes sits up on bottom but mostly lays down. Legs are not splayed to the side though. Can anyone give me and idea of whether this is “normal” or if I need to intervene? I’m keeping in brooder with shavings covered by paper towel.

Still needs time to find its legs...Possibly your touching it too much anymore hatching?
