Newly received EE has what sound's like a cough, rattled/wheezy breathing.

We have a new rooster He is in quarantine. He looks healthy. Bright eyes, eats well, nervous as he just relocated night before last while he was more than likely asleep. He was snoring that evening when I checked on him. I wanted to ask about a sound he is making. Yesterday, I picked him up to give him a look & listen over. He didn't like that I picked him up, however he is mild mannered. I heard a little wheezing, rattled breathing. Also, heard a little cough here and there. He made the noise a little after he calmed back down. We're praying it was because he got a little worked up.
I spoke with the man I got him from and he hadn't noticed this. He mentioned that he didn't handle his roosters much. None of the chickens were sick .

If he is breathing easily, eating, drinking and pooping normally and he looks good, I would just watch and wait.
And definitely keep him in quarantine.
