The light leg darkened up in just a week. I can barely tell the difference between the legs now.

To keep your breed pure may be careful with a roo not in the program, if he breeds your hen and she accepts, his swimmers can be in her for up to a month. May need to quarantine your lady's after thier litte excursion with the rouge roo

Is there a reason you don't want pea combs? It's 20 deg F today where I am. I expect at some point it will go below zero. For that reason I prefer pea combs.
