Best ice-cream combo I've made so far:

1. Ice cream: caramel caribou tracks
2. Drizzle copious amounts of marshmallow topping
3. Chop-up Heath candy bar and sprinkle generously on top
4. Prepare to have your mind-blown!

Way back when, I could eat massive amounts of sweet things. Now I have no choice and must do without sugar.

YOU REALLY ARE MY SOULMATE! I have the exact same issue!! I either eat none or eat it all at once. No middle ground
