Nighttime Crowing

My roosters have started crowing in the middle of the night. Why? Is something wrong with them? Or is that a bad omen?

Yes, there are lights on in the house when my roosters crow.

In 20+ years I have never had one that didn't crow at night.
Just luckie I guess! LOL

My husband is from Puerto Rico and when we visited a few years back the roosters all sang every hour till 8am starting after midnight. I never knew they crowed in the middle of the night. Weird.
