Do you have a rooster? Has one of the hens been incubating the eggs? A broody hen (or hens) would also explain a sudden decline in egg production.

Blood spots, meat spots, bloody eggs- all normal for young layers, no rooster required.

I get food scraps from a restaurant and had eggs increase-

I have 13 laying age, and I am getting 9-11, and two are broody, some of these are silkie crosses and lay EOD.
