No eggs 'til Spring?

mine get 14-16hr a day light, with artificial to cover the gaps, and i am still getting eggs, drops to about 40 at night.

my Cots are laying fine, I have a heat light on them 24 hours though, may not be optimal to make them lay year round but they were not acclimated to the cold quick enough so it was my only option. I have 7 females and have picked up 8 eggs today, im sure at least one was from last evening but I have gathered 7 eggs a day almost every day since they got comfy.
