we have the 2 sister hens one has begun to lay over 2weeks ago while the otherr has yet to lay ... dhould i be concerned ?

What age are they?
What breed are they? Are they hybrids?
You shouldn't be concerned if there only young.
Every bird will start laying at different times

Don't worry. The rate at which Easter Eggers develop can vary a lot. Some start at just 18 weeks old, others don't lay until about 8 months. Both extremes, and everything in between, are completely normal.
