No emails for subscribed threads or PMs?

Hi there. I am having a problem wherein I am no longer receiving email messages when I receive PMs or the threads I am subscribed to are updated. I don't believe I have changed any options (I am still subscribed, it still says I desire email notifications). I have verified that they are not suddenly going to my spam folder (it's empty and has remained so). I tried unsubscribing from the threads and resubscribing to the threads. Is there something else I should try?

Thanks for the note. I don't see anything that would be causing this problem. Do you know if you ever clicked the unsubscribe to all from an email?

Do you know when you received your last subscription email to your account and when it may have stopped?

I haven't ever clicked the unsubscribe from all- but if I did (let's say rabid bears infiltrated my house and checked my email and clicked it behind my back) wouldn't unsubscribing and resubscribing to the threads have fixed that? The last one I got was... June 14th, a PM. Friday I thought it was weird no one had updated anything for over a day, but I think that was the day the site gave me maintenance errors. I thought maybe stuff was just delayed from that. But, it's been days now and no love for me

Same here. No emails. It's been a few days now, from Friday, I think. I didn't change my setting or fiddled with anything.

If you click on the link in my previous post you can see the response I got. I've done what was suggested and still no updates. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I was beginning to think I was being black balled or shunned. I shower every day.......really I do.

Any way I was told to post my problem on the open forum to see if anyone else had an idea on how to fix the problem. Oh Well. It's still not working. Takes me forever to catch up on my subscriptions.

Hmmm the techy in me says a sledge hammer to your computer will help relieve frustraion....as for fixong the problem...less than likely

I don't think it's my PC. My new windows phone doesn't get any e-mail updates from BYC either. Anyway it's a new PC. LOL
