Please tell me what your solution to this is. I understand your diagnosis and agree with the bright green and what it means. Please helpBright green usually means they are not eating or food is not being processed. It's bile. I see it in the final stages of hens with internal laying/egg yolk peritonitis or ovarian cancer all the time. Hybrid layers are very much prone to EYP and internal laying.
There isn't one for the ailments I listed, unfortunately. All are terminal, no prevention and no cure. That is the harsh reality of it. I have a video on my channel about reproductive malfunctions of laying hens that explains it, though I rarely post those here for certain reasons. My channel is Roots, Rocks & Feathers and I have a Chickens Playlist there. Please tell me what your solution to this is. I understand your diagnosis and agree with the bright green and what it means. Hi Kathy,You should consider tube feeding, 'cause she needs the protein. If you're interested, I can teach you.

I sold my show quality rooster to a friend who told me he got into a terrible fight with another rooster and within 2 days his poop was so green with yellow. I took him back and got him care. He’s on antibiotics, and I am hopeful he will be okay. But it doesn’t mean death. So do what you can.Yall, come on now. Your chickens have a serious liver infection! By the time they're pooping green, they are very sick and even medicines wont help and might just make them live longer in pain. I'm sorry to say that but its the truth. I know this because I've luckily got friends who are vets. Liver infection is painful and saying you dont have the money or trying some stuff you got at tractor supply without knowing anything about that stuff is cruel imho. Worse, you could be hurting your chicken more, you dont know.
I wish yall could see how sad my friends are when they talk about how people yelling at them that they dont care cause they have to charge money. I'd put some money down no vet is 'laughing you out the door'. Birds cost money, they gonna get sick, save some money before you get them and find a vet and stop thinkin google is going to fix your bird.
Sorry for the rant, but I love my birds and I'd do anything for them and I had to get that right with myself before I got them.
