No Fuss hard boiled eggs and pealing.

I have never before EVER been able to blow the egg out of the shell, nor have anyone I know been able to do it.
Did it this morning...pretty cool. Roll it a few times in the palm of your hand and make the blow side smaller and the exit side larger. Make sure your mouth covers the entire blow side. Don't blow hard just constant pressure. Just a few seconds it will give way.
 
Welcome, a lot of people put the eggs in the pot and then turn them on. As the water warms up it starts to cook the eggs but, its too slow at first and the egg whites stick to the side of the shell more. Bringing the pot to a boil first cooks the whites faster. That's one big key. Just get a large perforated spoon so you don't burn yourself and lower gently.

Hot start and cold finish is key. A little Baking soda to help the PH and you will have no more tears. Our eggs no longer look they have taken a trip through a meat grinder..:gig 10 bonus points if you pull off just blowing the egg out.
