the cheapest place would be an online place like www.pricewatch.com or www.tigerdirect.com or there is another one lots of people use... geek something or other...I'm sure someone will come along and post it.

You could also check Radio Shack and see if they have any.

I'd measure the distance between the windows in the top and center it there. It will need a hole a little bigger than a pencil to draw in air dead center. I think my fan is a 90mm, but depending on how much space you have, you may have to use an 80mm, or you could go bigger. I'm thinking about installing a bigger one in mine.
