Hi from the Central Coast.
I'm newly addicted to BYC and having chickens in my backyard. Two of my kids and my H really wanted chickens. Now they are my thing, cute little fluffy butts that they are. We have six 8 week old chicks. I was going to post pics tomorrow. My H thinks that they are all pullets, but I think that he is in denial about one of the EEs.
Nice to see other CA folks here.

Born in Bakersfield, did the Long Beach thing, ended up in Nevada City, (Calif), then Carmel, and slowly over a period of 10 yrs or more i finally settled in Hollister.
