no more email subscription updates

We may have found the problem... at least for some members. A bunch of the members posting in this thread have come up as "unsubscribed" to ALL emails from BYC.

This happens for a few reasons, including:

1. You click the link in an email from BYC that says "stop receiving ALL email from us (including private message notifications), please use our one-click unsubscribe." This removes you from ALL emails... PERMANENTLY.
2. The emails to your host bounce. After our email system receives a handful of bounced emails (meaning your service provider isn't allowing the emails to get to your account) our system removes you from ALL emails.

If you aren't getting emails from BYC, do the following:

1. Triple check your spam filters
2. Triple check your subscription settings here on BYC
3. Add [email protected] to your email system's address book, whitelist, safe-sender list, etc.
4. Reply to this post with a note that you've 100% done steps 1-3 above and let us know the day and time of your last email, and type (pm notification, thread subscription, etc.) from BYC.

I have 100% done this.

I got 3 email updates an hour ago(now two more just came through, but none for this thread). I checked my subscriptions and saw it was marked as "site only" which I tried several times to change, but every time it reverts immediately to site only.

I didn't do anything else after posting that I wasn't receiving any notices. Then I got a couple including the one I replied to here. Now I am getting them all.

I got an email notification today as well. First one in weeks. Glad you got it sorted

I stopped getting subscription emails on Tuesday, 7/17/12, last email was at 1:13 PM EST.
I've done steps 1-3 above and this completes the 4th.

Like babymakes6 said... I feel lost without my BYC emails....
