No movement after zipping

I'm sure there are dozens of these threads here in the forum but I wanted to have someone take a look at my pics. This guy zipped 4-5 hours ago but doesn't seem to be moving at all. When do I give up on it? Anything I can do and when?

I’m happy it was just an empty egg.

For the future, if they start to zip and stop, or appear to be stuck, you can assist them the rest of the way.

They are all Ancona. A few from my remaining hen and others from an ebay seller in Indiana.

I think I totally screwed up here and opened it while eggs were still pipping. Two hatched but the rest aren't getting past pip. The ducklings keep knocking the eggs around and pushing them into corners where they can't move--not sure if that's a problem
