Articles can be created from a mobile device, the rich text editor just isn't available.

That's a bug, 'cause I don't think too many mobile users will want to create and/or edit articles using bbcode.

If only one of the editors can show rich text, can you switch it so that the required one shows it, and the optional one is bbc code?
