It's such a shame that people have no regard for each other. Craig's list is such a great resource! Too bad people abuse it. This was my first experience and it wasn't successful, however I'd try it again. My timing was off, I needed to see how the babies would come out.
I might post here one more time.

Banter I have the better nuisance. Lookey Loos that are "maybe" going to buy hens until you give them a tour of your farm and there are just too many choices and throws in a "would you like to buy some hay from me while I'm here?" or Taking off work and Getting Stood up by a lady that runs an animal rescue 1 hour away. They have changed their minds about buying a handful of hens and just want 1 hen MAYBE but want to bring alot of other people with them. They just haven't been able to cantact the others and arrange a time. their motto: stand up for animals. After this one I'm thinking about building that stand at the road.

For those of you having no-show problems --

Think about getting a paypal account. Then you can easily get payment from people BEFORE the appointed meeting. If they don't show, you keep the money.

I love to pay people with paypal. It helps them to feel confident that I'm not gonna flake out on them, and it gives me leeway with pickup times.
