That's a small bird. Looks to be some sort of sparrow

It's perched on that weed stem, up off the ground a little. If you look close you can see the little black feet wrapped around the stem.

The tail feathers are pointed straight down. Forked at the end.

I see either a rodent like a wood rat or a sparrrow! I dont see a weasel. Btw dont weasels turn white in winter?

As I have experience looking at trail camera pics ever since trail cameras came out on the market.... I am 100,000,000% sure it is a bird. It's a sparrow. And I would bet a million dollars hands down all on the table that I am right. I see it very clearly.
