no water but humidity 42

i checked the humidity with two digital gauges, its 42% but there in no water in the well. should i add water or leave it until the humidity drops below 35%?

i live in graham, nc. and i do my humidty at 30 to 40 % for days 1-18, and day 18-21 i use 45-55%. and day 1-18 i do not add any water till it drops to 29%. have you calbrated the guages?

Sounds go to me, don't want the babies to drowned.....I go with 25% low and 55% High...but to each his own. Good Luck!

Read the thread....Humidity in Bator....everyone should read.
I realize it is long, but it might save sometime for you and educate at the same time....BYC is the place we all start the race as an EGG!
