No. We do NOT ship to Hawaii!

I have to admit that I have no issues selling the smaller parts ie radios, heater control units, tail lights and headlights to Alaska and maybe even Hawaii. But since we offer "flat rate" shipping we cant ship to these states, or off the Continent.. or to Canada because then we would have to raise the flat rate to cover everyone. and then the $ would be higher.

As it is there are sellers out there offering FREE shipping. Granted their prices are higher, since they up the part selling price to cover the shipping. But people see FREE and buy from them.

I am seriously thinking of speaking with the boss etc and seeing if we can get a free standing website up and running. We can still use PayPal and such. And would have to actually ADVERTISE. *I think its a dirty word around here* But the aggravation of selling on Ebay is really becoming NOT worth it IMHO. granted I wont tell them that since I really love my job. But gads. Ebay stinks

Wow, what a frustrating ordeal. When they send you a frieght -prepaid crate, then send it where ever they want. Ding bats are in every walk in life.
It reminds me of a time when my mother used to sew slip covers for people and they would often ask " now with all this material I can get 2 couch covers for the price of one" ! Holy Hannah its not like a stamp out self sewing draw string thing!
Dealing with the public is really over rated.
Good luck on the parts aspect of life!!! I can have shipped a GMC scooter horn - right!?

I also used to sell all the time on ebay. Now, I only do it when I can't sell it any other way! First of all, it has become FEEbay, and second, I have found the buyers afraid of negative feedback are now running wild, because they feel free to do so.
There are so many other places now- I have been trying out www.onlineauction.com . It's $8.00 per month, no percentage or other fees. They are the anti-feebay!

Oh yeah- even though my listings say NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING I get requests all the time.

Hmmmm I will have to look into onlineauction some more and then call a meeting.

Thanks!
